Join the fun in South Stormont this Canada Day with two exciting events taking place!

Lost Villages Museum

From 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. a fun filled day is planned at the Lost Villages Museum. The day will include a delicious BBQ and strawberry short cake, live music and fashion shows, Little Ray's Reptiles will be on hand, along with train rides throughout the museum complex.

Arnold Bethune Park

From 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. the Ingleside, Long Sault, Lost Villages Lions Club have an exciting day planned out for the whole family! With balloons and magic shows, train rides in the park, bouncy castles and classic olde fashioned carnival games to enjoy!

Live music will take the stage throughout the day, capped off with a concert featuring Eddy and the Stingrays from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the beer garden.

Fireworks

The evening ends with the incredible fireworks display along the waterfront in Long Sault to celebrate Canada's 157th birthday! Fireworks are set off south of County Rd 2 across from the Long Sault Plaza. 

Township Closures due to Canada Day

Please note that the Township Office will be closed on Monday, July 1st for Canada Day. There will be NO CHANGES to garbage and recycling collection due to the holiday.
