Township Receives 2021 Audit of Financial Statements

At the Wednesday, July 13th Regular Council Meeting, Council received and the audit results and DRAFT 2021 Township Financial Statements from auditors MNP LLP. 

Auditors presented their audit findings including improved financial processes, addition of new financial administration policies, and a financial surplus of $1.8M in operating and capital expenditures. Upcoming Bridge Closure: Lefebvre Road Bridge

Please be advised that Lefebvre Road Bridge in St. Andrews West will be completely closed from July 18, 2022 - October 15, 2022 to facilitate bridge repairs. Due to the depth and nature of the bridge repairs, vehicular and pedestrian traffic will NOT be permitted during this time.

Please be advised that Shaver Road Bridge in Ingleside will be completely closed from July 18, 2022 - September 1, 2022 to facilitate bridge repairs. Due to the depth and nature of the bridge repairs, vehicular traffic will NOT be permitted during this time. Pedestrian crossings will be permitted.

County Road 15 Closure at Railroad Tracks - July 7, 2022

Please be advised that County Road 15 (Avonmore Road) in Long Sault will be closed at the railroad tracks between Jenkins Road and County Road 36 (Post Road) for repairs to the rail crossing on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm.

Please be advised, Maloney Road in St. Andrews West will be closed for culvert replacements on the dates below from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm each day:

1. From 16789 Maloney Road to 16818 Maloney Road on Tuesday, June 14, 2022
2. From 16833 Maloney Road to 16863 Maloney Road on Wednesday, June 15, 2022
3. From County Road 18 to McClave Road on Thursday, June 16, 2022
