Tax and Water & Sewer Payments During Potential Postal Strike

Published on 28 September 2018

Due to a potential postal strike in October, residents are encouraged to take steps to ensure payments are received prior to the due date to avoid penalties.  A post-dated cheque may be submitted or mailed at any time to ensure payment is received on time.  Residents are also encouraged to utilize other methods of payment such as online/telephone banking or pre‑authorized payment options which are available on a monthly or instalment basis for both Property Tax payments and Water and Sewer payments.
