Regional Tourism

Attractions in the South Stormont region, to name a few, include world renowned Upper Canada Village, the Lost Villages, the St. Lawrence Parks Campgrounds, Cornwall Motor Speedway and the Historic SDG Jail. For those who enjoy a round of golf, there is everything from miniature golf to the championship Upper Canada Golf Links.

The Ontario Waterfront Trail runs along the St. Lawrence River and is perfect for both summer and winter outdoor activities. Within 15 minutes you can visit the St. Lawrence Power Development Visitor Centre where the history of the Seaway Power Project is showcased.

In September, 2015 our region hosted the International Plowing Match and Rural Expo!
