Senior Fit

This fun filled workout is suitable for anyone 55 and over. Have fun and get fit while you workout to music you will enjoy and movement that you know your body can do. Improve cardio, strength, posture, balance and flexibility.

Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:15 a.m.
                Tuesdays at 10:15 a.m. 
                Thursdays, 11:00 a.m.

Balance for Life

Exercise in a group setting; reduce risk of injury from falls and improve your fitness level. Have fun as you strengthen muscle and bone all while improving your balance! Education and information provided in partnership with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit.

There is no cost to register, however spaces are limited. Those interested must contact the Seaway Valley Community Health Centre to register.

Ballroom Dancing for Fun

Dancers learn simple figures to dance together at parties, receptions, and public dances. Learn to dance rock and rol, Cha Cha, Mambo, Ruma, Waltz, Foxtrot, Samba, Bachata. Open to couples, friends and individuals. We rotate dancing partners to integrate single dancers. 

Start Date: Mid-September
Times: Specific times vary by location. Lessons take place in the evenings on Monday - Thursday. Consult website for locations and schedules.
Location: Various lessons are scheduled at the Crysler Community Centre, the old Chesterville Community Centre and the Benson Centre in Cornwall. 
Age: Adolescents and Adults
Cost: Varies by location, but roughly $10 per hour session.

Friendly Circle Seniors Club
