All arena changerooms will be painted and floors will be replaced with new skate-safe rubberized floors prior to the start of the ice rental season. Other renovations include minor upgrades to the canteen as well as renovations to shower facilities in two of the changeroom areas.

Ingleside Community Park Landscaping - July to September, 2019
Staff will be working with contractors to complete the landscaping at the Ingleside Community Park. This will include sod, addition of concrete walking paths throughout the park, a concrete pad around the splash pad, new picnic tables, benches, and decorative garbage cans.

Staff is working with engineers for the design of a 20’x40’ pavilion structure to be constructed at MacLennan Park in Rosedale Terrace. The design will be used as part of a Request for Proposal (RFP) that will allow the Township to secure a contractor that is able to complete the project.
August 2019 to April 2020
The Township has commissioned Sierra Planning and Management – a multi-disciplinary planning firm, in collaboration with The MBTW Group - a multi-disciplinary landscape architecture and urban design firm, to develop a new Waterfront Plan and Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
